Wycliffe Big Boats Head - Saturday 1st February 2025

Entries were suspended after 1 hour (opened at 6pm on Monday 13th January 2025)

Important information

The entries were as fast as usual (100% more than can be accepted), We are now applying the principles below:

• All entries entered within the 1st hour to be the same.
• Entries will be suspended after an hour (~7pm) so that the entries and be analysed.
• Payment has been turned off until I have worked out some of the accepted crews. This will be turned on Wednesday.
• Clubs should only expect their athletes to race once during the day. Doubling up will only happen if it helps make an event viable.
• Clubs with multiple entries in an event may be restricted in number of crews. The A/B/C etc will be used to determine rejection..
• Events with small entries (probably under 5 crews) are likely to be rejected
• Clubs who have entered regularly before 2024 and from the WAGS & WM regions will have priority.
• Clubs suspected of "hedging their bets" and entering multiple competitions on the same day are likely to be rejected.
• There is only space for about 20 trailers, some some sharing may be asked for
